New Clients

Welcome to Zen Paws Pet Spa

We're excited to meet you and your pet!

Before scheduling your first appointment, all new clients must create a profile through our Pet Parent Portal. This allows us to collect important information about your pet's health history, grooming needs, and contact information so we can provide the best possible care.

Step 1: Create Your Pet Parent Portal Profile

Please visit our Pet Parent Portal and complete your profile:

Please note: Creating a profile does not automatically schedule an appointment.

Step 2: Contact the Salon

After your profile has been completed, please contact the salon to schedule your pet's first appointment.

Our team will review your pet's information, discuss your grooming goals, answer any questions, and help determine the most appropriate service and maintenance schedule for your pet.

Communication Policy

For accuracy and efficiency, we do not schedule appointments through email.

Appointment reminders, confirmations, and salon communications are sent via both email and text message. However, appointment requests must be submitted through the Pet Parent Portal, by phone, or by text message.
